Therefore anyone who cultivates this art, but in particular the stage performer, has to acquire ability for distinct bodily action, i.e. clear use of the body and its articulations both in stillness and in motion. The movements of each part of the body are related to those of any other part or parts through temporal, spatial and tensional properties.
